These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tax India Filing website and every service you take from us. "Tax India Filing", "we", "us" and "our" mean the firm running this website. "You" and "client" mean the person or business using the website or our services. By using this website, submitting a form, chatting with our assistant or paying for a service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. About our services
We provide professional help with income tax, GST, TDS, company, LLP and NGO registration, ROC and other statutory compliances, trademarks, accounting and related advisory. The work is done by our team together with associated Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and advocates.
- We are a private professional services firm. We are not a government department and are not linked to or endorsed by any government authority.
- We are not a law firm. Where legal representation is needed, it is provided by independent advocates.
- Most government registrations can also be done directly by you on the official portals. Our fee is for professional help, preparation, follow-up and convenience.
- The final approval, rejection or timeline of any registration, licence, return or application is decided only by the relevant government authority.
2. Who can use our services
You must be 18 years or older and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you act for a company, firm, trust or other entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us complete, true and up-to-date information and genuine documents on time. You remain responsible for the accuracy of everything you share.
- Review every draft, return and form we share and give your approval before we file it. Filing is done only on your approval.
- Share OTPs, portal logins and digital signatures only through the secure channels we ask for, and change your passwords after the work is complete if you wish.
- Pay the agreed professional fee along with government fees, taxes, interest and penalties that apply to you.
- Reply to our queries and the government's queries within the time given.
We are not responsible for any rejection, delay, notice, interest, penalty or loss that arises from wrong, incomplete, forged or late information or documents, or from your delay in giving approvals or payments.
4. Quotes, fees and payment
- Our fees depend on your case, so prices are not listed on the website. You get a written quote (on WhatsApp, email or invoice) before work starts.
- Unless the quote clearly says otherwise, government fees, stamp duty, DSC charges, GST and other statutory or third-party costs are extra.
- Work normally starts after the agreed advance is paid. Final certificates or documents may be shared after full payment.
- Any extra work outside the agreed scope (for example replying to a notice, a fresh filing after rejection, or additional forms) is charged separately after telling you.
- Payments are accepted only to the bank account, UPI ID or payment link shared officially by us. Please do not pay any individual in personal capacity.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- Before work starts: full refund of the professional fee, minus payment gateway charges, if any.
- After work has started: refund only for the part of the work not yet done, based on the stage completed.
- No refund after an application, return or form has been filed on a government portal; for government fees, stamp duty, DSC or third-party charges already paid; or if you do not respond or share documents for more than 60 days.
- If we cannot deliver for a reason on our side, you get a full refund of the professional fee for that service.
- To request a refund, email info@taxindiafiling.com with your name, mobile number, service and payment details. Approved refunds are paid within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
6. Timelines
Any time shown on the website, such as "7 days", is an estimate for a normal case. Actual time depends on the department, portal downtime, queries raised, name availability and how quickly you share documents and approvals. We do not guarantee a fixed date.
7. Calls, WhatsApp and email
When you submit your number or email on this website, you allow us to contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email about your enquiry, your service, due-date reminders and offers, even if your number is on the DND / NCPR list. You can stop promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or writing to us.
8. Information, calculators and AI assistant
Articles, FAQs, tax calculators and answers from our AI assistant give general information only. They are not professional advice for your specific facts, may contain errors and may not reflect the latest change in law. Please confirm with our team before filing a return, paying tax or taking any decision.
9. Confidentiality and data
We keep your information and documents confidential and use them only to deliver the service, except where disclosure is required by law or by a government authority. How we collect and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The website, its content, design, logo, graphics, articles and code belong to Tax India Filing or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or sell any part of it without our written permission. Documents prepared for you may be used by you for your own business.
11. What you must not do
- Submit false information or documents, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Try to hack, overload, scan or interfere with the website, or upload viruses or harmful code.
- Copy or scrape the website content, or misuse the AI assistant to send spam or abuse.
- Pretend to be another person or business.
12. Third-party websites
The website may link to government portals and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, downtime or policies.
13. Limitation of liability
We do our work with reasonable professional care. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that particular service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, or for decisions, delays or errors of any government authority or portal.
14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any loss, penalty or claim that we face because of false information or documents given by you, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as government portal outages, changes in law, natural disasters, strikes, internet failure or epidemics.
16. Ending the engagement
You or we may end an engagement by written notice. Fees for work already done remain payable, and refunds follow section 5. We may refuse or stop a service if information appears false or the request is unlawful.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute through discussion. If it is not settled within 30 days, the courts at New Delhi alone will have jurisdiction.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Using the website or our services after that means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Contact and grievances
For any question or complaint about these Terms or our services, contact us. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and try to resolve them within 15 working days.
